John Fair

John Fair is the visionary developer behind internationally renowned luxury resorts across Mexico, Turks and Caicos, and Hawaii, including his newest luxury residential resort, The Strand Turks and Caicos, the iconic Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos, and the Forbes Five-Star Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

John also serves as Managing Director of Operations of The Strand Turks and Caicos, a member of Leading Hotels of the World. Since its debut in January 2025, The Strand has earned significant international recognition, including the 2025 ALIS CALA Development of the Year (Latin America & Caribbean) award and inclusion in Esquire Magazine’s 2025 Best New Hotels in the World.

In Hawaii, John is developing Nā Hiku, a bespoke ultra-luxury residential enclave within the exclusive Kukuiʻula resort community on Kauai.

Beyond resort development, over the past three and a half decades John has acquired, developed, and managed more than 1,000 residential units, thousands of acres of master-planned communities, and more than three million square feet of industrial space. The common thread throughout his career has been the creation of long-term value through creative vision, hands-on execution, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

When he’s not pouring his heart and soul into creating world-class experiential real estate, John pursues his passion for golf, fishing and boating in Turks and Caicos and the Sea of Cortez.
